Apply for Funding

Applicant organisations are required to complete the application form and submit it together with the required information and documents by post or in person to Women Empowerment Fund Implementation Team of the Women's Commission (WoC) Secretariat.

• Original and designated application form and budget which are completed, signed and stamped;
• A soft copy of the completed application form and budget saved in USB;
• Documentary proof that the applicant organisation and co-organiser (if any) meet(s) the eligibility requirements; and
• Other relevant documents (if any).

Please note that duplicate application, using of non-designated application form, late applications and applications submitted by email or by fax will not be considered.

For applications submitted by post, applicant organisations should ensure that sufficient postage is affixed before posting. The postmark date on the envelope shall be the date of application.

Applicant organisations are required to fill in the application information on the Government e-form website and upload the electronic files of the required supporting documents according to the specified format and requirements.

After submitting the e-form, applicant organisations should print out Section F of the e-Form – "Declaration", sign and affix the chop of the organisation and submit it to Women Empowerment Fund Implementation Team of WoC Secretariat by post or in person within 7 days after submission of the e-Form.
